The water crisis in Flint is a public health emergency, and many of us are wondering what we can do to help. There are several non-profits in Flint that are accepting monetary and water donations for families in need.

Let’s do our part and Fill-A-Truck for Flint.

The Prevention Research Center and Michigan Youth Violence Prevention Center will be collecting water bottles (cases and jugs welcome) and delivering them to the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan in Flint for distribution.

Donations can be dropped off in the SPH lobby from Tuesday January 19 – Friday January 22. We are also accepting cash donations, which can be brought to the PRC office (3734 SPH1).
